Refund policy
At Bellycious, we want you to love every box you receive. If you are not satisfied with your order, receive a damaged item, or discover that something is missing from your package, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customer@mycookingbox.it.
Food Products and Consumable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of food items, ingredients, meal kits, or other consumable products.
However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we may request photographs or additional information regarding the product and shipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process requests for refunds, replacements, credits, or other remedies submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, Bellycious may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a full or partial refund to your original method of payment;

Replace the affected product or order at no additional cost;

Provide store credit, a coupon, voucher, or promotional code for use on our website.
Requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days after we receive all necessary information.
Non-Returnable Items
Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for:

Food products, ingredients, meal kits, or other consumable goods;

Perishable items;

Customized or personalized products;

Gift cards.
All approved store credits, coupons, vouchers, and promotional codes are non-transferable, may only be used on our website, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other property.
Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds, replacements, credits, or future orders in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, misuse of our policies, or excessive refund requests.
Except as expressly stated in this policy or as otherwise required by law, all sales are final.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at customer@mycookingbox.it.
Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
If Bellycious products are purchased through a third-party retailer, marketplace, distributor, or partner store, we are unable to provide refunds, credits, or replacements directly. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for assistance with their return and refund policies.
